When does my membership start?
Your membership starts on the date you sign up and renews monthly on the same date. You'll receive a reminder before each renewal.
Can I roll over unused services?
Services don't roll over but you do get a 7-day grace window past your renewal date to use that month's services.
Is there a commitment?
Yes — all memberships require a 3-month minimum. After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice before your next renewal.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes! Members can pause once per year for up to 30 days. Just reach out before your next billing date.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time and the difference will be prorated for the current month.
How do I book as a member?
Members get a special booking link with priority access. You'll receive it via email after signing up. Same studio, same team — just first in line.
