General Studio Policies

By booking an appointment with Mirai Beauté Skin & Beauty Co., you agree to the following studio policies. These terms apply to all clients and all services.

• A $35 non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure all appointments.
• Only card and tap payments are accepted for remaining balances. Cash, Cash App, Zelle, and other alternate forms of payment are not accepted.
• Please arrive with clean, make-up free skin for facial appointments.
• Please avoid caffeine or stimulants before your appointment.
• No extra guests or children at your appointment.

Late Arrivals & Grace Period

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule once using the same retainer fee, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 40% charge of the remaining service balance.
• No Call No Shows will be charged 100% of the remaining service balance and will result in a permanent ban from booking.

Membership Terms

The following terms apply to all Mirai Beauté membership plans (The Beauty Ritual, The Glow Ritual, The Full Ritual).

• All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment from the date of enrollment.
• Membership dues are billed monthly and automatically renew. By enrolling, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method on file.
• Memberships may not be cancelled, paused, or transferred during the 3-month minimum period.
• After the minimum period, cancellations require 30 days written notice before the next billing date.
• Included services do not roll over. A 7-day grace window applies after each billing date.
• Members in good standing may pause their membership once per year for up to 30 days, after completing the minimum period.
• All membership fees are non-refundable once billed.
• Services are non-transferable and must be used by the enrolled member only.
• Mirai Beauté reserves the right to terminate a membership for violation of studio policies, fraudulent chargebacks, or disrespectful conduct.

Pricing & Service Changes

Mirai Beauté reserves the right to update service pricing and membership plan offerings at any time. Active members will be notified of material changes with at least 30 days notice via email prior to the effective date.

Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any known allergies, skin conditions, medications, or health concerns prior to services. Mirai Beauté is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions. We reserve the right to decline service if a health concern is identified that may affect client safety.

Photos & Social Media

Mirai Beauté may photograph results for portfolio and marketing purposes. By receiving services, you grant Mirai Beauté permission to use before/after photos on social media and the website unless you have explicitly opted out in writing prior to your appointment.
